Both Tony and Abby are a well of knowledge and full of customer service. They offer FREE "in home trials" where they bring a few of the rugs you liked and let you try them out in your space at your house! Not only are they knowledgeable, they really listen to what you are looking for and offer the best prices in town.
Love these guys! Most of the rugs sold here are original, handmade, and beautifully unique. The owners have actually met and have relationships with some of their rug makers, so they know the types of conditions the weavers work in and everything, which I think is awesome. I definitely recommend Saga because they have so many area rugs - big and small, circle and square, awesome colors, patterns, and designs. They constantly get new stuff in and are so helpful, I'm sure you'll find something you love.
Last week I came into Rugs by Saga with my fiance and we met with Tony. We had been looking for the perfect rug for our family room for months! Tony was beyond helpful and really took the time to listen to us and what we were looking for. You could tell he genuinely cared about helping us. He showed us the PERFECT rug!
